At ScopeSight™, operated by ZENITH GLOBAL TRADING LTD, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, cancellations and refunds work for orders placed through our online store.

1. Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you generally have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned items should be handled with reasonable care. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, where permitted by law.

For a change-of-mind return, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, provided this requirement was communicated to you before purchase.

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your ScopeSight™ inspection camera arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described or does not function as it should, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, where helpful, photographs or a short video showing the issue.

We will assess the issue and offer the remedy required by applicable UK consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a refund, repair or replacement.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

5. Refunds

Once a return has been received, or the required evidence of return has been provided where applicable, we will process your refund in accordance with applicable law.

Where a refund is due, it will generally be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed with you.

For eligible online order cancellations, refunds will include the cost of standard delivery where required by law. Any additional delivery charges for a more expensive delivery option may not be refundable beyond the standard delivery cost.

We will not charge a refund administration fee where prohibited by law.

6. Refund Processing Time

For eligible cancellations under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, refunds will be issued within the legally required timeframe, generally within 14 days after the goods are returned or evidence of return is provided, as applicable.

For other refunds, we will process them within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Your payment provider may take additional time to display the refunded amount in your account.
